Dear brother of Richard and Arlene (Erica), Laurent and Shirley (Serge) and Laurier (Bob) and Johanne (Robert), all of Welland. Lovingly remembered by his foster parents Tom and Rosella Fitzsimmons and foster sister and brothers, Deb Vanderlee and Tony (Megan, Eryn, Dane), Tom Jr. and Carolyn Fitzsimmons (Katie, Becca, Zac), and Paul Fitzsimmons. Foster brother of Donald and Bridget, Bruce, John, Greg, Sarina, Natasha, Marie, Lori, Paula, Jesse, Arthur, Danny, Emile and Brittney. Private family service has taken place.
