DIONNE, KENNETH - Of Perth-Andover passed away at St. Joseph Hotel Dieu Hospital on April 17, 2005. Born in Gladwyn, NB on August 15, 1931, he was the son of the late James and Ellen (Dugan) Dionne and husband of the late Angie Dionne. He is survived by his sons Tim Dionne of Moncton, Jerry (Grace Hersey) Dionne of Perth-Andover; granddaughters Shannon (Nigel) Saulnier and Catherine "Trina" (Scott Bland) Dionne both of Moncton; sisters Betty Dionne and Dorothy (Paul) Usery both of Florida; brother James (Hilda) Dionne of Gladwyn. Kenneth was employed with NB Power for 40 years as a lineman. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus St. Francis Council # 6414 and a 4th degree Knights of Columbus Father Samuel Cote Assemblee # 1967, a member of the Elks Club, former member of the Perth-Andover Light Commission Board, of the Perth-Andover Fire Department and various St. Mary of the Angels Church committees. Since retirement, Kenneth and Angie were very active in camping and would spend most of their summers at Seaview Campground in Eastport, Maine. Resting at Brunswick Funeral Home with visitation on Monday 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral service will be held Tuesday April 19, 2005 at 11 am from St. Mary of the Angels Catholic Church. Father Pierre Thibodeau officiating. Interment will be in the parish cemetery. For those who wish, donations to the NB Heart and Stroke Foundation, Canadian Diabetes Association, or to St. Mary of the Angels Church building fund would be appreciated by the family.
