William "Bill" J. Burke 1919 - 2005 William Joseph Burke, of Dieppe, passed away at The Moncton Hospital on Monday, April 18, 2005 at the age of 85. Born in Moncton, he was the son of the late William and Mae (Beals) Bourque. He retired from Eastern Provincial Airways as a Stationary Engineer and attended Notre Dame de Lorette Roman Catholic Church. He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Blanche Burke (Campbell); daughter, Gayle Critchlow (Larry) of Fredericton; son, Gordon Burke (Valerie) of Moncton; brothers, Leonard Burke and Walter Bourque (Helen); grandchildren, Lisa Ashton, Trevor Burke and Erika Burke all of Moncton. Predeceased by sisters, Irene Hortie and Theresa Mann; brothers, Edgar Burke and George Burke. With no visitation by the family's request, funeral service will be held at Tuttle Bros. Memorial Chapel, 171 Lutz St., Moncton on Thursday, April 21, 2005 at 11:00 am with Fr. Jean-Guy Dallaire officiating. Interment will be in Our Lady of Calvary Roman Catholic Cemetery at a later date. Donations made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
