DAVIDSON, IZETTA "PEARL" The death of Izetta "Pearl" Davidson, wife of the late Fred Davidson occurred at her home in Fredericton on April 19, 2005. Born on May 31, 1904 in Woodland, NB, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Hepsy (Evans) Saunders. Pearl was a member of the St. Mary's Anglican Church in Fredericton. Pearl is survived by one son Earl (Norma) Davidson of Fredericton, NB; two grandchildren, Lynn (Jay) Fletcher and Steven; great-granddaughter Paige Fletcher; three sisters, Hildred Seymour and Blanche Davidson both of Fredericton, NB and Bertha (Harold) Hayes of Tay Creek, NB; special niece and nephew Ruth and Ivan; and several nieces and nephews. Besides her husband and parents, she was predeceased by three sisters, Annabel Wilson, Faye Saunders and Jennie Steen; and three brothers Earl, Eldon and James Saunders. Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive, Fredericton, NB on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, April 22, 2005 at 3 pm from York Funeral Home's T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel with Canon Bill MacMullin officiating. Interment will take place in the Woodland Cemetery. For those who wish, remembrances made to the Extra Mural Program, the Heart and Stroke Foundation or to a charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
