WOOD, GHISLAINE MARIE - 1953-2005. Ghislaine Marie Wood, age 51, of Saint John, NB died January 12, 2005 at the Saint John Regional Hospital after a courageous battle with cancer. Her love for her family will never be surpassed. She was a true Angel and loved by all that made her acquaintance. Born in Drummond, NB, June 8, 1953, daughter of Albert and Anita (Berube) Roy of Ste-Anne de Madawaska, NB. Funeral service was held January 15, 2005 at the Ste-Anne Catholic Church, Ste-Anne de Madawaska, NB. Pallbearers were Donald Parent, Gerard Berube, Allain Therrien, David Ouellette, Terry Belanger and Marcel Berube. The family wishes to thank all those who attended for their love and support in their time of need. Sadly missed by her husband Dennis; children Lisa Michaud and Robert Barton; Eric Michaud and Sara McDonald; Monica and Travis Wicks; Andrew and Shane Wood; all of Saint John, NB. Grandchildren, Kyle and Paige Thomsen, Alyssa Montgomery Michaud, Tristan Wicks and Elizabeth Barton. She is survived by Brigitte (Guildo) Tardif, Jacynthe (Yvon Laforet) Roy, and Sylvain (Nathalie) Roy. Predeceased by her brother, Gaetan Roy. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday at St. Mark's Catholic Church, 171 Pettingill Road, Quispamsis, NB, April 30, 2005 at 1:00. Reception to follow in the church hall by her fellow members and loving friends of the C.W.L.. Burial service will be held at the Hampton Rural Cemetery, Hampton, NB following the reception.
