MERTENS, Elfriede Hede Rosa (nee Zober), At her home in Beamsville on Saturday, March 26, 2005, age 76 years. Beloved wife of Bert and loving mother of Uwe and Manuela of Beamsville and Michael (Anna) of Germany. Dear grandmother of Marc, Riley, Tri sta and Katharine. Sister of Erica Weise of Germany. Also survived by many more special family and friends. Mrs. Mertens is at the VINELAND CHAPEL of the TALLMAN FUNERAL HOMES, 3277 King St., Vineland where the family will receive friends on Tuesday 2-4 and 7-8:30 p.m. The Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated on Wednesday, March 30th at 2:00 p.m. at the Funeral Home. Cremation to follow. Vigil will be on Tuesday at 3:30 p.m. at the Funeral Home. If desired, donations to the West Lincoln Memorial H ospital Building Fund would be appreciated by the family.
