Joyce STRONG

URE, Joyce (Strong), Peacefully passed away April 3, 2005 at the St. Catharines General Hospital. Beloved wife of Fred in their 51st year of marriage. Loving mother of Michael and his wife Xudan, Catherine and her husband Michael, Karen and her husb and Michael, and David. Grandmother of Anthony, Nicholas, Mindy, and Daniel. Joyce received her honour degree in Modern Language and literature from Victoria College in 1952. She was a language teacher and Grantham Secondary School and later was the head of the french department at Lakeport Secondary School. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
