DURLEY, John, Peacefully, at the Welland County General Hospital on Tuesday, April 19, 2005, in his 90th year. Beloved husband of Helen for 68 years. Loving father of Douglas (Sydna) and John (Diane). Cherished grandfather of David (Barbara), Jennif er (Sylvain), Joan, Jim, Shelly (Brett), Brenda (Neill) and great-grandfather of Brianna, Lauren, Connor and Ryan. John moved to Welland as a youngster. He retired from Union Carbide after 44 years of service and was a chartered member of Ucar Retire es, a member of Sts. Peter & Paul Church and their seniors club and a volunteer firefighter with Co. #2. The family will receive friends at the H. L. CUDNEY FUNERAL HOME, 241 West Main Street, Welland on Thursday from 7-9 and Friday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Vigil Friday evening at 8 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Sts. Peter & Paul R.C. Church, 300 Chaffey Street on Saturday, April 23, 2005 at 11 a.m. Rite of Committal to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, donations to Sts.
