GRIVICH, Mary Anne, On Friday, April 22, 2005 with her family at her side, Mary Anne Grivich passed away peacefully at home after a courageous battle with cancer. She was predeceased by her husband Michael (1991). Loving mother of Anne and Peter Roc kingham, Frank and Leslie Grivich, Rosemarie Grivich and David Hore, Michael Grivich and Nadine Smith, as well she will be sadly missed by her grandchildren Jennifer and Rob, Julianne, Rebecca, Melissa, Frankie, Nicholas, Michel and Samuel and loving dog Abbi. After retirement from National Grocers and Meatland, Mary was involved with her community volunteering with the United Way for seven years, participating on a bowling team and acqua fitting. She enjoyed being with and helping people. She w ill be sadly missed by all. Thank you to Dr. William Lucey, Dr. Hughes and the medical staff of the General Hospital, Hotel Dieu, Para Med Home Health Care and CCAC Niagara. Friends will be received at the PATRICK DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, (39 Court Stre et, St. Catharines) on Saturday from 7-9 p.m. and Sunday from 2-4 & 7-9. Vigil Prayers will be held at the funeral home on Sunday at 8:30 p.m. Funeral Liturgy will be Celebrated at St. Mary of the Assumption Roman Catholic Church (169 St. Paul Cres., St. Catharines) on Monday, April 25, 2005 at 11 a.m. Rite of Committal to take place at Lakeshore Cemetery in Niagara on the Lake.
