USHER-JONES, Gordon Raymond. Jeffrey, Adrianne and Fraser are saddened to announce the sudden passing of their beloved father. Gordon died peacefully in his sleep in Tuscon, Arizona on March 30, 2005. He is also survived by the children's mother, Annemarie Elvidge, his brother Brian (Toronto), sister Susan (Virginia), brother Christopher (Ottawa), and many nieces and nephews. Gordon's family and friends will miss his wonderful ability to reduce us all to tears of laughter. We will remember the hilarious stories, fabulous golf games, and the good times we had when he was with us. Relatives and friends are invited to a visitation at the Centre Funeraire Cote des Neiges, 4525 Cote des Neiges, Montreal (342-8000) on Wednesday, April 6 from 5 to 8 p.m. A funeral service will be held at St. Matthias Church, 131 Cote St. Antoine, Westmount, on Thursday, April 7 at 11:30 a.m. Donations, in lieu of flowers, can be made to Fondation Portage, 85 Square Richmond, Montreal, QC, H3J 1V8.
