BARTLETT, Melville G. "Jack". Passed away peacefully on April 2, 2005 at Lakeshore General Hospital. Beloved husband of Yolande Blais. Predeceased by his first wife, the late Dorothy Lockett. Loving father of Gary (Karen), Garth (Cathy), Wayne (Diane), Terry (Jean), Elizabeth (Brian Gibbons), Michael (Joan). Caring brother of Bernice, Georgia, Joyce (Ken Harper), Bill (Laura), and the late Myrtle, Doug and Muriel. Cherished grandfather of Tamara, Scott, Pamela, David, Kenneth, Stephen, Lenny, Debra, Jennifer and Nancy. Survived by many great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and close friends. He will be dearly missed by all and held in our hearts forever. Family will receive condolences Wednesday, April 6, 2005 from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Rideau Funeral Home, 4275 Sources Blvd., DDO, 514-685-3344. A memorial service will be held in the Chapel of the Funeral Home on Wednesday, April 6, 2005 at 3 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory, to the Parkinson's Society Canada, would be greatly appreciated.
