PATTERSON, Mary Finally at peace, Mary Patterson (nee Clayton) embarked on her next journey, April 8, 2005. Cherished wife of Evan, beloved mother to Graydon (Paula), Catherine (Richard), Jan (Dave), and Keeley. Much loved nana to Andria, Rachel, Daniel, Chelsey, Kyla, Alex and Meggie. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends and all those whose lives she touched. She lived her life with humour, grace and dignity and fought the brave fight right to the end. Thank you to the doctors, nurses and caregivers on 7 West at the Ottawa Hospital, General Campus for the care and consideration you extended to Mary and our family. A very special thanks to Dr. Seely for your kindness and compassion and constant vigil to ensure Mary was comfortable. Friends may call at the Garden Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 3440 Richmond Road (between Bayshore and Baseline Road), Nepean, on Monday, April 11, 2005 from 11 a.m. until time of service in the chapel on Monday at 1 p.m. Mary's ashes will be returned to England to rest with her beloved father.
