Sister of Lillian Arthur of Ottawa and aunt of Nancy (Reg) Best, Ron Arthur (Yvette), Bill Arthur and Jane Arthur-Cavanagh, all of Ottawa. Friends may pay their respects at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, Smiths Falls on Wednesday, April 13th from 11 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. when service will be held in the Chapel.
