WHITEHEAD, Tady Maud Lucy On Monday, April 11, 2005 at the age of 96 years. Predeceased by her husband Frederick William Whitehead. Survived by her sister Ruby (Betty) Atkinson, brother-in-law Walter Atkinson and several nieces and nephews.
