GRIFFIN, Henry Albert (Harry). 1924-2005. Called home to the Father after a courageous battle with cancer on April 15, 2005. Beloved husband of Claire Marien, dear father of Harry Jr., Anthony, Mary Grace, Marien and Jane (Cecil Chabot). Predeceased by his loving parents Albert Michael and Laura Mary (Sait) and his brother Father Richard Griffin. Survived by his sister Joan Prillo (the late Tony) and his brothers John (Ann), Philip (Margaret), Peter (the late Joan) and Paul (Cathy) as well as many nieces and nephews. Resting at Collins Clarke MacGillivray White Funeral Home, 5610 Sherbrooke St, West, Montreal, on Monday April 18 from 7 to 9 p.m. and on Tuesday April 19 from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral mass will be held on Wednesday April 20 at 11 a.m. in St. Malachy's Church, 5330 Clanranald (corner of Isabella). Thence to Notre Dame des Neiges Cemetery. The family would like to thank the staff of the Montreal General Hospital and L'Institut de Geriatrie for their excellent care and compassion.
