CAMPBELL, Norman A. Retired shop teacher. Norman died peacefully after a brief illness on April 8, 2005 at the Queensway Carleton Hospital in Ottawa. He was eighty-five years old. Over the course of his distinguished career Norman taught thousands of high school students to do valuable work with their hands and minds. He excelled in his profession for forty years. Norman was predeceased by his beloved wife Muriel of fifty-six years and by many dear friends. He is survived by his son Scott, daughter Wendy and grandson Koya. A memorial service will be held at Beaurepaire United Church at 25 Fieldfare Avenue in Beaconsfield on April 21 at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family will appreciate donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the SPCA/Humaine Society.
