SKENE, Forbes "Scotty" Peacefully at the Queensway-Carleton Hospital, Wednesday, April 20, 2005. Scotty Skene age 68. Beloved husband of Jean Skene (nee McKay). Loving father of Doug (Alice), Doreen (Alex Findlay), Garry, Norma Skene (Tom Chennette), Billy and Colin (Heidi Boisclare). Proud Papa of Christine, Joey, Dayna, Adam, Andrew, Sarah, Cody, Jamie and great-granddaughter Kayla. Predeceased by grandson Joey. Dear sibling of 6 brothers and 9 sisters. Scotty will be fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews, family and friends in Scotland as well as here in Canada. A special thanks to Dr. Aaron and the staff at the General Hospital and Dr. Whitter and the nursing staff at the Queensway-Carleton Hospital. Friends may pay respects at the Kelly Funeral Home, 2313 Carling Avenue (west of Carlingwood) Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Service Monday in the Chapel at 11 a.m. In Memoriam donations to the Lung Association appreciated.
