FRASER, William (Bill). Passed away in his seventy-eighth year at the Hopital Haut Richelieu, St. Jean, Quebec on Wednesday, April 20, 2005. He leaves to mourn his long time companion Daisy Clarke, his daughter Dawn, his grandson Alex and his sister Joan. As per Bills wishes there will no funeral service.
