POWELL, Stella M.J. (nee O'Connor) Surrounded by her loving family Sunday, April 24, 2005 at the Almonte General Hospital, age 77. Beloved wife of the late Insp. Robert Powell (O.P.D.) and daughter of the late George and Etta O'Connor. Cherished mother of Tim (Julie) and Vicki (Tonio). Loving Nana to Katherine and Megan Powell and Carmen, Sebastian and Leonardo Sadik. Fondly remembered by sisters Connie Hartnett, Birdie King, sister-in-law Doris Powell and many nieces, nephews, family and friends. Predeceased by her sister Marguerite Stanton and brother Harold. Friends may pay respects at the Kelly Funeral Home, 2313 Carling Avenue (west of Carlingwood) Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Saturday to Our Lady of Fatima Church for Mass of Christian Funeral at 10 a.m. Interment Capital Memorial Gardens, reception to follow at Kelly Funeral Home.
