TUSTIN, Patricia Audrey (Murphy). Peacefully at home on April 25, 2005, after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Beloved wife of the late Thomas George Tustin. Dearly loved mother of Pamela (Pierre Bourgault) of Tampa, Florida, and Thomas. Predeceased by son Terrence, parents Margaret Ann and Christopher Desmond Murphy. Patricia will be sadly missed by sister Gertrude (Murphy) Swalsky (the late Dr. Morris Swalsky), brother William (Eleanor) Murphy of Calgary, Alberta, and cousins Eileen Clancy of Calgary, Alberta, and Marie (Clancy) Lewis (the late Dick Lewis) of Lethbridge, Alberta. A loving person with a warm smile and a genuine interest in others, she will be fondly remembered by many, many friends and relatives. The family wishes to thank Dr. Pascal Burtin and staffs of the Medical Oncology and Radiology units at the Montreal General Hospital. Special thanks to Joan Foster and the staff at the NDG CLSC and to Jan Shantz of the VON Montreal for their wonderful care and support during Pat's illness. Donations, in lieu of flowers, to the Canadian Cancer Society or the VON Montreal. A funeral service will be held on Friday, April 29 at 10 a.m. at the Mount Royal Funeral Complex (1297 Chemin de la Foret, Outremont, 514-279-6540).
