Robert "Bobby" B. Gould Funeral arrangements by Campbell's Funeral Home Robert " Bobby" Bowden Gould age 72 of Amherst passed away on Saturday, April 23, 2005 at Cumberland Regional Health Care Centre, Upper Nappan. Born in Amherst he was a son of the late Frederick B. and Charlotte (Ibbitson) Gould. For many years bobby and his wife owned and operated their own interior and exterior decorating business in Amherst from which he retired. He enjoyed listening to country music and loved to play his guitar. Bobby had a great passion for writing his own poetry. Bobby was a 4th Degree Knight of Knights of Columbus council no. 2916, Amherst. Bobby is survived by his wife the former Betty O'Hearon; one sister Helen (Basil) Taylor and one brother Douglas Gould both of Amherst; five sisters-in-law Nancy Cherry, Emma (Clem) Barrett, Susie (Wayne) Gosse, Mary Shaw and Beverly O'Hearon and all of Toronto Ontario and one brother-in-law Ricky (Linda) O'Hearon; several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by three sisters, Hasel Maxwell, Gladys Eliott and Anita Myette and three brothers Harold, William and Charlie. His remains are resting in Campbell's Funeral Home, 98 Church St., Amherst (667-9906) with visiting on Tuesday, April 26, 2005 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. with parish prayers at 8 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 27, 2005 at 10 a.m. from Nativity Of Our Lady Roman Catholic Church, Amherst with Father Vernon Driscoll officiating. Interment will take place at a later date in the St. Charles-Nativity Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations in his memory may be made to the Nova Scotia Lung Association, Heart and Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia or Canadian Cancer Society. www.campbellsfh.
