René (Ringo) LeBlanc 1929 - 2005 HAVELOCK, NB - René LeBlanc, 75, of Havelock, NB, passed away suddenly at his residence on Tuesday, April 26, 2005. Born April 28, 1929 in Cape-Pelé, he was the son of the late Albert LeBlanc and Annie Richard. He was a Master Carpenter and an Avid Sportsman. He was a Corporal and served with the 22nd Regiment Air Born and served overseas from 1953 to 1959. He is survived by one daughter, Jeannette McGillicuddy (Sean) of Easton, Mass; one son, Robert Leo (Tanya) of Barrie, Mass; three sisters, Rosée Breau (René Arsenault) of Cape-Pélé, Emily Blight (Bob) of Dartmouth, NS and Lina Poirier (Fidèle) of Cocagne; one brother, Odule (Anita) of Shediac; two grandchildren, Kaylyn, Robert Leo Jr.; as well as several nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by three sisters, Léona, Lumina, Albertine; and three brothers, Joseph, Léo and Adrice. Resting at Saint-Pierre Roman Catholic Church Slumber Room, Cocagne on Thursday, April 28 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9, and Friday from 2 to 3:45 pm. Funeral Service will be held at Saint-Pierre Roman Catholic Church, Cocagne, on Friday, April 29, 2005 at 4:00 pm. Interment will be in the Parish Cemetery.
