MERPAW, Leona - At the Cornwall Community Hospital McConnell Site on Sunday October 16, 2005. Leona (St. Denis ) Merpaw of 4625 Barcier Lane, St. Andrew’s West; age 75 years. Beloved wife of the late Raymond Merpaw for 47 years and the late Robert Leblanc. Dear mother of Diane Lauzon of Ingleside, Brenda Merpaw of St. Andrew’s West, Cecil Leblanc (Joanne), Harold Leblanc and Florence Chenier all of Cornwall. Predeceased by four brothers Romeo, Rene, Lawrence and Albert St. Denis and one sister Margaret Fortier. Also survived by 15 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Resting at Lahaie & Sullivan Cornwall Funeral Homes, West Branch 20 Seventh Street West (932-8482) from 3 p.m. Tuesday. Funeral Wednesday October 19, 2005 for Mass of Christian Burial In St. Andrew’s Church at 11 a.m. Interment St. Andrew’s Parish Cemetery. The family will be in attendance from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. Tuesday and from 9 a.m. until time of Funeral on Wednesday.
