Geraldine "Gerri" Phyllis Hartt July 11, 1939 - December 20, 2005 Funeral arrangements by Lindsay's Windsor Funeral Home * HARTT……Geraldine Phyllis “Gerri”, age 66, of Milton, Queens County, formerly of Upper Vaughan, Hants County, passed away on Tuesday, December 20, 2005, at the Queens General Hospital, Liverpool, Queens County. Born on July 11, 1939, in Windsor, Hants County, Nova Scotia, she was a daughter of the late Earl Wylie Hartt and Lillian Ruth (Bezanson) Hartt. In her early years, Gerri worked at an upholstery shop in Lr. Sackville, and later working at the bookbinding plant, Liverpool, retiring due to ill health. She was an avid knitter, enjoyed crocheting and loved country music. She also enjoyed the outdoors and especially going for walks. She is survived by a sister, Dorothy Hartt, Windsor; sister-in-law, Donna Cumby, Dartmouth; niece, Angela Hawboldt, Hants Border; nephews, Jeff Hartt, Hantsport; Mark Hartt, Dartmouth. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by a brother, Basil Hartt; also a sister and a brother in infancy. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be 7-9 p.m. Thursday, December 22, in Lindsay’s Windsor Funeral Home, 194 King Street, Windsor. Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, December 23, 2005, in the Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Garnet Parker officiating. Interment in the Lakeview Cemetery, Upper Vaughan, Hants County. Donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or a charity of one’s choice.
