Edwin "Ed" Bryksa October 09, 1932 - December 31, 2005 Funeral arrangements by Regina Funeral Home BRYKSA, Edwin “Ed” was born on October 9, 1932 and passed away on December 31, 2005 in Regina, SK, after a short illness at the age of 73 years. He was predeceased by his father Joseph; mother Katherine and brothers Steve and Freddie. Ed is survived by his loving wife Kathleen, of 29 years,; stepdaughter Heather McLean; grandchildren Shannon, Jason and Michael; great grandchildren Molly and Kayla; brothers Harry, Walter (Betty), Emil (Shirley) and Joe (Elaine); sisters Olga Nakonechny, Stefania Bjorklund, Anne (John) Holowaty, Myrtle (Aubrey) Marknette and Edna (Mervin) Yaschuk; sister-in-law Lily Bryksa as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Ed was born and raised in the West Bend district. Ed moved to Regina in 1953, where he has resided until his passing. A MEMORIAL SERVICE will be held at Regina Funeral Home, Hwy #1 East, Regina, SK on Wednesday, January 4, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations in Ed’s memory may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
