SIMEY, John C. Alcan (retired) Peacefully after a lengthy illness on Friday, December 30, 2005. John is survived by his beloved spouse and caregiver Roxanne (nee Cross). His is also survived by his brother Jim (Ruth) Simey, sisters Iris (Ben) Skull and Kay Doyle, brother in law Randy (Linda) Cross, sister in law Rhonda Cross and in-laws Ken (Audrey) Cross. Remembered fondly by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, neighbours and friends. Honouring John's wishes, cremation has taken place. Friends will be received at the Township Chapel of Gordon F. Tompkins, 435 Davis Drive (Taylor Kidd Blvd at Centennial drive) on Friday January 6, 2006 from 12:30 p.m. until 1:30 p.m., followed by a Memorial Service to be held in the Chapel at 1:30 p.m. Memorial donations made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
