MacMILLAN, George Alexander After a brief illness, George passed away peacefully at home on Friday, December 2, 2005, in his 62nd year, surrounded by his family. Beloved fiancee and best friend of Carolyn McGregor. Loving brother of Rosalie (Les Wardlaw) of Guelph, ON, John Dan (Joan) of Sault Ste. Marie, Elizabeth (Arnold May) of North Bay and Murray of Oshawa. Dear uncle of several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents John Hugh and Ella MacMillan. George was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch #480. He had recently retired after almost 25 years at the Royal Ottawa Hospital. Friends may call at the Westboro Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 403 Richmond Road (at Roosevelt), On Monday, December 5, 2005 from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. The funeral service will be held in the chapel on Tuesday at 11 a.m., followed by interment at Capital Memorial Gardens.
