FOWLIE, Roberta Isobel (nee Vair) Peacefully after a brief battle with cancer, Monday, December 5, 2005. Beloved wife of the late J.R. "Dick" Fowlie. Loving mother of Catherine (Frank Howlett), Bob (Luth Gray), Richard, Michael (Judy Chapesky) and predeceased by son Peter. Proud Nanny of David, Sarah, Elizabeth, Dylan, Lauren and great-grandmother of Caitlin and Josephine. Predeceased by her sister Sr. Mary Margaret Vain CND. Roberta will be fondly remembered by cousin Aileen McMullen and the choir and congregation of St. John the Apostle Church. A special thanks to the Palliative Care Unit at the Elisabeth Bruyere. Friends may pay respects at the Kelly Funeral Home, 2313 Carling Avenue (west of Carlingwood) Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Friday to St. John the Apostle Church for Mass of Christian Funeral at 11 a.m. Interment Pinecrest Cemetery.
