EGERTON, Mabel (nee ASSELS). After a short illness, at the Jewish General Hospital, on December 5, 2005 at the age of eighty three years. Beloved wife of the late Arthur Egerton, she was predeceased by her brothers Edgar, George and Cecil, and is survived by her eight nephews and nieces. A memorial service will be held on Monday, December 12, in the chapel at the Montclair Residence, 4413 Montclair Ave., NDG. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Montreal Association for the Blind, where she spent many years as student, secretary and music teacher, would be gratefully appreciated.
