KOLINSKI, Czeslawa (nee Mokronska). At the Lakeshore General Hospital on Wednesday, December 7, 2005 in her eightieth year. Beloved wife of the late Marian Kolinski. Loving mother of Ewa, Kazimierz (Mary) and Jacek (Josee). Cherished grandmother of Izabella, Katarzyna, Barbara, Nicolas and Elizabeth. At her request there will be no visitation. Funeral Service to be held at the Church of the Resurrection, 99 Mount Pleasant, Pointe Claire on Thursday, December 15 at 10 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Quebec Diabetes Association.
