FINDLAY, Joseph Allen (Tom) (Retired - RMOC) In hospital on Tuesday, December 13th, 2005 in his 80th year. Survived by Mary (nee Cavanagh), his wife of 58 years. Also survived by his son Lee Findlay (Sandy) of Alberta, daughters Lynn White (Harvey) of Newfoundland and Pat Grainger (Gary) of Kinburn. Special grandfather to Jason Findlay (Elaine) and Kristen McPhee (Donald) all of Alberta and Amy, Jenny and Jay Grainger all of Kinburn. Great-grandfather to Bailey McPhee and Erin Findlay. He will also be missed by numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his sister Inez Laughlin, brother-in-law Jimmy Laughlin and niece Deborah Maxwell. Friends may call at the Valley Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 115 Rivington Street, Carp on Thursday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the Chapel on Friday at 11:00 a.m., followed by cremation. In lieu of flowers a donation to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
