KITCHEN, Craig April 15, 1964 - December 15, 2005 Suddenly on Thursday, December 15, 2005. Predeceased by his parents Albert and Edith. Father of Thomas and Tyler. Fiance of Tammy Burden and step father of Randy and Terry. Brother of Cam (Debbie), Kim (Robin) and twin sister Cathy (Raymond). Favourite uncle of several nieces and nephews. Friends may visit at the West Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 150 Woodroffe Ave at Richmond Rd on Sunday and Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm.
