McGUIRE, Robert Joseph Sept. 3, 1937 - Dec. 15, 2005 (Retired Kanata OPP) Passed away suddenly at home on Thursday evening, Robert (Bob) McGuire of Fitzroy Harbour in his 69th year. Bob is survived by his loving wife, Bessie (Bowman) McGuire and his dear children, Linda McGuire of Ottawa, Karen (Simon) Taylor of Fitzroy Harbour and Scott (Joanne) McGuire of Arnprior. Loving grandfather of 7 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Dear brother-in-law of Grant (Bev) Bowman of Perth and Edwin (Carol) Bowman of Kitscoty, Alberta. Survived by his brothers Ace McGuire of Calgary, Lornie, Mickey and Donnie and sister Dorothy all of Ottawa. Survived by many nieces and nephews. Resting at The Boyce Funeral Home Ltd. 138 Daniel Street N. Arnprior where friends may pay their respects on Sunday 2-4 p.m., 7-9 p.m. and after 10 a.m. Monday, December 19, 2005 thence to St. George's Anglican Church, Fitzroy Harbour for funeral service at 11 a.m. Interment St. Thomas Anglican Cemetery, Woodlawn Ontario.
