BEERS, Alice Mary B.A. Honours, M.A. After a 6 month battle with brain cancer, Sunday, December 18, 2005. Alice Mary Beers age 25. Beloved daughter of Art Beers (Carol Hitsman) and Mary Anne Unrau (Lawrence Roberts). Loving sister of Hope Elizabeth Beers and step-sister of Michael Mahoney (Jeanette). Proud aunt of Ainsley Alice Beers and Sonia, Jack and Tara Mahoney. Special granddaughter of Norma A. Beers, Edith V. Hitsman and Mary Unrau. Alice will be fondly remembered by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Friends may pay respects at the Kelly Funeral Home 1255 Walkley Road (east of Bank) Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. A Memorial Service of Alice will be held Thursday at the Church of the Resurrection, 3191 Riverside Drive, at 2:30 p.m. In Memoriam donations to the Canadian Cancer Society appreciated.
