JELETZKY, Halina Halina Jeletzky, 53 lost her prolonged battle with cancer and passed away peacefully and with dignity at the Ottawa Civic Hospital on December 12, 2005. Dearly beloved daughter of Drs. George and Tamara Jeletzky, she is survived by her two brothers Alex and Ted, and by her niece Lara. Friends may visit at the Central Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 315 McLeod Street, Ottawa on Thursday, December 22, 2005 from 9:30 a.m. until Service time in the Chapel at 11:30 a.m. Reception to follow.
