HILL, Heather Anne (Nickelson). Passed away Peacefully on Friday, December 16, 2005 at the West Island Palliative Care Residence after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Heather was an active member of the Hudson community, a sportswoman, and a dedicated social worker. Heather was an inspiration to all who met her with her enthusiasm for life, her spirituality, and her caring nature. She will be sadly missed by her husband John, daughter Alison (Stuart), sons Matthew and Nicholas, and by her sister Fay (Ronnie), and her brothers Ted (Michelle) and Duncan. A service will be held on Wednesday, December 28 at 3 p.m. at the Hudson Community Centre to celebrate Heather's life. Heather had requested that donations be made to the Hudson Chapter of the Victoria Order of Nurses in lieu of flowers. Published in the Montreal Gazette on 12/20/2005
