OBITUARY ANTONIO DEL PESCHIO 1925 - 2005 Surrounded by loved ones Antonio passed away peacefully on Friday, December 23, 2005, in his eightieth year at the Montreal General Hospital. Born in Guglionesi, Italy, he immigrated in Montreal in 1959, resided in Ville Emard and employed by Gaz Metropolitan for 27 years. His family was very important to him and he enjoyed spending time among family and friends. He battled, braved and overcame many complications during the last six years of his life until his very last. He is survived by his devoted and beloved wife of 54 years, Rosa Riciutti including children Connie (Angelo), Carmen (Vince) and Arcangelo (Pia). Cherished grandfather of eight, Filomena (John), Nick (Laura), Anthony, Ann Marie, Rosalie, Ben, Anthony, Alessandro and great grandfather of Angelica. Predeceased by his sister, Rosina, leaves behind his brother, Alberto, and will be greatly missed, loved and cherished by nieces, nephews, family and friends. Many special thanks to all those that supported the family during the many hardships. The family will receive condolences at on Tuesday, December 27 from 2 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m. and Wednesday as of 9 a.m. Funeral services will be held at St. John Bosco Church, 2510 rue Springland on Wednesday, December 28 at 11 a.m. followed by interment at Notre Dame des Neiges Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory to either "Epilepsy Canada" or "Multiple Sclerosis Canada" would be appreciated. Published in the Montreal Gazette on 12/26/2005
