NISHANIAN, Serpouhi (nee Yelandjian). 1910-2005. A survivor of the 1915 Armenian Genocide in Turkey, passed away peacefully on Thursday December 22, 2005, at the age of ninety-five. Beloved wife of the late Rev. Houssig Nishanian and preceded by son Arto. Loving mother of Garo (Georgette) and mother-in-law of Sivart. Also survived by grandchildren Annie, Garen, and Shant (Lisa). Cherished great-grandmother of Ari, Tanya, Brandon and Taylor. She will be sadly missed by many relatives and friends around the world. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, December 28, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. at Saint Gregory the Illuminator Armenian Apostolic Church at 615 Stuart Ave., Outremont, Quebec. In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Saint Gregory the Illuminator Apostolic Church would be appreciated or to another charity of one's choice. Published in the Montreal Gazette on 12/28/2005
