BARLOW, Frederick William Peacefully at Henrico Doctors Hospital, Richmond, VA on Friday, December 23, 2005 Frederick William Barlow of Richmond, VA, formerly of Morrisburg in his 88th year. Beloved husband of the late Jessie Adams (1980). Loving father of Margaret (Carl) Hayes of Richmond, VA, Devon Spencer of Portland, OR, Rick (Judy) of Edmonton, AB and Bill (Mikako) of Seattle, WA. Dear grandfather of Scott Williams of Washington, DC, Devon (Richard) Cushman of Richmond, VA, Morgan Spencer of Portland, OR, Ryan and Caroline Barlow of Edmonton, AB, Katrina and Laura Barlow of Seattle, WA and cherished great-grandfather of Parker Cushman of Richmond, VA. Predeceased by his parents Fred Barlow and Mamie Steele and one brother George. Friends will be received at the Parker Funeral Home, 28 Sir James Morris Drive, Morrisburg on Friday, December 30, 2005 from 11:00 - 1:00 p.m. where the Funeral Service will be held in the chapel at 1:00 p.m. with Rev.
