FARLEY, Joan Elizabeth Accidentally on Wednesday December 28, 2005. Beloved wife of the late Earl Farley and daughter to the late Joseph and Edith Billings. Loved and loving mother of Connie Marion (Pete). Proud grandma of Paul, John and Elizabeth. Sister to Walter Billings, Decklon Billings and Patricia Tate. Special friend to Richard Doxtater. A Celebration of Joan's life will be held on Saturday, December 31st at Pinecrest Remembrance Chapel (2500 Baseline Road, Ottawa) at 9:30 a.m. Interment to follow.
