SCOTT, James Allan "Jay" We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of James Allan "Jay" Scott, on December 26, 2005, in his 56th year. A devoted husband, father and son, a gifted artist, and a major contributor to the community, Jay touched the lives of many. Jay is the beloved husband of Brenda (nee Holloway), devoted father of Heather, Anne and Thomas, and loved son of John M. and Sonya (nee Laurie) Scott. He is predeceased by his brother John (Robin) Scott. Jay's was a precious life and we all were raised above the mundane for having known him. Jay was a mentor and friend to many, including Burlington Youth Soccer, Community Living Toronto, Burlington Potters' Guild, family and friends. Thank you to family and friends for their ongoing support and the fine care provided by Dr. John Holmes, Dr. Ian Darcel, Nurse Clinicians and Physicians of Joseph Brant Hospital, Hamilton General and London Health Sciences. Friends and family are invited to join in a celebration of Jay's life, Wednesday, January 4, 2006. Hosted by the Scott family, this celebration will take place at the Burlington Art Centre, 1333 Lakeshore Road, Burlington, Ontario.
