Kiss: Gaspar 1931 - 2005 Gaspar Kiss, beloved husband of Nancy Kiss passed away on Wednesday, April 27, at the age of 73 years. He will be lovingly remembered by his daughter, Ilona (Norm) and their children Brandy, James, Tyler and Kali; daughter Tara (Tracy) and their children Melissa and Matthew. Two days prior to his passing, Brandy (Jay) blessed him with a great-grandchild, Peyton Leigh Alexis. Gaspar was predeceased by his parents, Maria and Gaspar and best friend Alex Szabo, all of Karcag, Hungary, also granddaughter, Cassandra Marie Fournier. Gaspar was born in Karcag, Hungary on May 13, 1931. He later came to Canada in 1957, where he met Nancy, his loving wife of 39 years. They resided in Calgary with their two daughters, until 1974, when they moved to East Coulee, a small community which to him felt like home in Hungary. In 1984 they moved into Drumheller where they resided until his passing. Funeral Services were held Monday, May 2, 2005 at 1:00pm at Courtney-Winter?s Funeral Home with Reverend Karoly Godollei officiating. Interment followed in the Drumheller Cemetery.
