Lorraine May Hobson Funeral arrangements by Regina Funeral Home HOBSON, Lorraine May – With the closing of 2005 so came the end of Lorraine’s journey through life. She passed away peacefully on December 31, 2005 surrounded by the love of her family at the age of 85 years. Lorraine was born in Indian Head, SK living on both coasts during WW II and spent the majority of her life in Regina, SK. She was predeceased by her husband Harold (Bus) of 61 years; her parents George and Winnifred Griffith; brother Edward and sister Dorothy (Dot) Black. Lorraine will be sadly missed by her children Barry (Judi) and Greg (Marlene); grandchildren Stacy Linnen, Doug, Travis, Siobhan (Chris) Brown, Angela (Colin) Dolman and Rodney; great grandchildren Emily and Bridget Linnen and Jade Dolman. A MEMORIAL SERVICE will be held at Regina Funeral Home, Hwy #1 East, Regina, SK on Saturday, January 7, 2006 at 3:00 p.m. Lorraine will be placed to rest along side her husband at Regina Memorial Gardens. The family is grateful to the staff of Sunset Extendicare for the support, care and compassion provided to Lorraine during her stay. A special thank you is extended to Dr. Ole Rasmussen. In lieu of flowers, donations in Lorraine’s memory may be made to Extendicare Family Advisory Committee, 260 Sunset Drive, Regina, SK S4S 2S3.
