Andrea Heather Barley September 19, 1978 - December 30, 2005 Funeral arrangements by Jenkens Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre Andrea Heather Barley, 27 years old, beloved daughter of Jacqueline McGuirk and Bill Barley passed away suddenly and tragically on Friday, December 30, 2005, along with her brother Sean Michano and sister Justine Michano. She was born on September 19, 1978 in Marathon, Ontario and moved to Thunder Bay with her family in 1996. She graduated from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelors Degree in Social Development Studies followed by a Bachelors Degree in Education from the University of Windsor. Andrea’s love of education and young children led to her becoming an elementary school teacher. She was very happy teaching Junior Kindergarten to Grade 2 in Upsala, Ontario and thought the world of her students. She will be sadly missed by her parents, Jacqueline McGuirk, Bill and Susan Barley, sisters Jeanna and Tracy, and step-father Timothy Michano.
