HOOD, JEFFREY "JEFF" FREDERICK The passing of Jeffrey "Jeff" Frederick Hood, of Fredericton, NB, husband of the late, Melissa (McMurray) Hood, occurred on February 23, 2006 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born on June 27, 1962 in Fredericton, NB, he was the son of Henrietta O'Donnell and the late Lloyd Eldon Hood. In his spare time, Jeff enjoyed restoring cars. Besides his mother, he is survived by two sons, Cody and Carey Hood both of Fredericton; one daughter, Julia Hood of Fredericton; four brothers, Keith (Gail) Hood of St. Stephen, Douglass (Tina) Hood of Minto, Robin (Katina) Hood of Fredericton, Mark (Tracey) Hood of McLeod Hill; two sisters, Dianne Hine of Fredericton, Cindy Reid of Fredericton; his grandmother, Vina O'Donnell of McNamee; girlfriend, Rhonda Henneberry of Fredericton; and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive on Saturday from 7 to 9 pm and Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, February 27, 2006 at 2 pm from the First United Pentecostal Church, Marysville, NB with Rev. Raymond Woodward officiating. Interment will take place at Dayton Cemetery, Fredericton, NB at a later date. For those who wish, remembrances made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
