CAP-PELÉ À la Villa Providence, entouré de sa famille qui l’aimait, le jeudi 29 janvier 2004, à l’âge de 86 ans, est décédée paisiblement Charles P. LeBlanc, domicilié à la Villa Providence de Shédiac, mais autrefois de Cap-Pelé. Né à Cap-Pelé le 7 septembre 1917, il était fils de feu Patrick LeBlanc et de feu Ainée Bourque. Il laisse dans le deuil deux filles: Léa Niles (Sherman) de Grand-Barachois et Rose Robichaud (Paul) de Rexton; deux fils: Guy (Patty) de Yellowknife et Omer (Linda) de Cap-Pelé; deux soeurs: Julienne Léger de Dieppe et Clara Fuhrman de Waterloo, Ont., un frère, Georges de Kitchener, Ont., ainsi que huit petits-enfants, dix arrière-petits-enfants et une amie spéciale, Sylvie Saulnier. Son épouse, Rhéa (LeBlanc) LeBlanc (1995); trois soeurs: Antoinette, Yvonne et Claudia, ainsi que deux frères: Gérard et Léonce, l’ont précédé dans la tombe. M. LeBlanc a travaillé dans la construction et a travaillé pour la municipalité de Cap-Pelé, avant de prendre sa retraite. La dépouille mortelle est présentement exposée au funérarium Frenette à Cap-Pelé (577-3297, www.salonfrenette.com). Les funérailles auront lieu en l’église Sainte-Thérèse-d’Avila à Cap-Pelé, le samedi 31 janvier, à 9h30. L’inhumation se fera au cimetière paroissial. Heures de visites: le vendredi 30 janvier, de 14h à 16h et de 19h à 21h et le samedi 31 janvier, de 8h30 à 9h20. Un don à la fondation Villa Providence serait grandement apprécié. Born in Cap-Pelé on September 7, 1917, he was the son of the late Patrick LeBlanc and the late Ainée Bourque. Prior to his retirement he worked in construction and was a past employee with the municipality of Cap-Pelé. He is survived by two daughters, Léa Niles (Sherman) of Grand-Barachois, Rose Robichaud (Paul) of Rexton; two sons, Guy (Patty) of Yellowknife, Omer (Linda) of Cap-Pelé; two sister: Julienne Léger of Dieppe, Clara Fuhrman of Waterloo, ON., a brother Georges of Kitchener, ON.; eight grandchildren and ten great grandchildren and a special friend Sylvie Saulnier. He was predeceased by his wife Rhéa (LeBlanc) LeBlanc in 1995; three sisters, Antoinette, Yvonne, Claudia and two brothers, Gérard and Léonce. Resting at Funérarium Frenette in Cap-Pelé (577-3297) with visitation on Friday from 2 to 4p.m. and 7 to 9p.m. and Saturday from 8:30a.m. until time of departure at 9:20a.m. The funeral mass will be held at 9:30a.m. on Saturday, January 31, 2004 at Ste. Thérèse d'Avila Roman Catholic Church in Cap-Pelé. Interment in the parish cemetery. In his memory, donations to the Villa Providence Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
