P. Eng., C.E., F.I.C.E. Suddenly in his 84th year. Son of the late Maximillion Apollinare and Eve Hartglas. Beloved husband of Lorraine. Dear father of John. Dear brother of the late Hanna Epstein of Israel. Theo was born in Warsaw Poland. He graduated from Edinborough University. After the war, he joined the British Colonial service, serving as city engineer in Kumasi, Ghana. He came to Canada in 1952 and joined the engineering company where he met Bill Dawson, his long time friend and partner. He will be sadly missed by his friends. In memoriam, donations to the charity of one's choice would be appreciated by the family.
