In hospital in Renfrew on Monday, December 22, 2003, Garnet Bresee, in his 63rd year. Beloved husband of Rose Chapeski. Dear father of Corinna Thacker of Renfrew, Cathy Thacker of Calgary, Jack Thacker (Kim) of Renfrew, Todd Bresee (Jennifer) of Brockville, and Kerry Bresee of Renfrew. Dear brother of Robert, Terry (Joanne), Jessie MacDougall, Bonnie, Andy and Shayne (Ann). Predeceased by brother Art and sisters Amy and Midge. Sadly missed by 9 grandchildren. Resting at the McPhail & Perkins Funeral Home, 85 Munro Ave. at Lorne, Renfrew, on Friday from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m. and Saturday from 1 to 1:45 p.m. Funeral Saturday to Trinity St. Andrews United Church for Service at 2 p.m. Rev. Dan Hanson presiding. Spring interment St. Francis Xavier Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to Victoria Hospital Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
