COURTEMANCHE, Jack Adolphous On Sunday June 22, 2003 Jack Courtemanche of Edmonton passed away peacefully with loved ones by his side at the age of 78 years, at St. Michael's Long Term Care Centre. Jack was a loving father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He is survived by his children, Maurice, Robert, Lorraine, Rose, Deborah, Catherine, Larry; his 18 grandchildren and his three great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his wife Marion. He was deeply loved and will be missed by all his family and friends. The family would like to extend their sincere appreciation to the staff at St. Michael's Long Term Care Centre. They were very loving and caring to Jack throughout his stay there.
