NANTAIS, Rose "Marie" With joyous celebration of her life, the family of Rose "Marie" Nantais, age 97, announce her death on Sunday November 30, 2003 at Watford Quality Care Centre. Born Rose Marie Kavanaugh in Windsor on July 8, 1906. She lived 10 years in Tecumseh and many years on the farm in Courtright with her late husband Charles Nantais (1991). Beloved mother of the late Russell (1997) (Elsie), Mooretown; Raymond (Ruth) Brigden; late Ronald (1991) (Terry), Windsor; Grace Trombley (late Louie) (1993), Tecumseh; Gerald (Sharon), Sombra; James (Jean), Corunna; Michael (Linda), Miller Lake; Patricia Pageau (Gerald), Mississauga; Dennis (Mary) Idaho, U.S.A. and Carol Murphy (Richard), Alvinston. Dear sister of Mabel Boutette, Dearborn, Michigan; Florence Poupard (Gordon), Windsor. Predeceased by her sisters Violet, Lottie, Doris, Shirley, Louise and brother Arvan, one grandchild and one great grandchild. Loving grandmother of 36 grandchildren, 76 great grandchildren and 13 great, great grandchildren. Friends will be received at Steadman Brothers Funeral Home, Brigden on Tuesday December 2, 2003 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral mass will be held at St. Charles Roman Catholic Church, Courtright on Wednesday, December 3rd at 11 a.m. Interment St. John's Cemetery, Sombra.
